A second lane · Oct 23For every role on the board

The best candidates for every role, not just the hardest ones.

The deep search already proved itself on the hardest roles. The catch was volume: there are only a handful of those in a month. So here's a second, lighter lane for everything else on the Teamtailor board. Paste a posting link, get a ranked pool in minutes, with the SOFTSWISS rules built in. We ran it today on four roles from the board: 696 account managers in Poland and Serbia list Russian, and so do 257 support people in Tbilisi.

The usage question

The usage was always there. It was in the other roles.

The deep search is built for the hardest roles, and there are only a handful of those in a month. But most of what's open on the Teamtailor board today is standard roles. Give those their own lighter lane and the whole team has a reason to use it every week.

Lane 1 · Deep search15

The hard ones. Calibrated with a recruiter.

The workflow from July: clarifying questions, a rubric with hard gates, a scoring round with the recruiter.

What was said

Less time sourcing. Only people who fit. A human on every message.

We would like to spend less time in sourcing process.
How can we get relevant candidates and don't waste time on reviewing the guys who do not fit?
We already have her in our ATS.
Not sure in Russian proficiency.
We will always have human touch.
What it has to do

Four things the quick lane has to get right for SOFTSWISS.

The two comments that came back most on the July sheet were about the ATS and about Russian. Both are built in.

01

Your rules, on every search

Poland, Georgia, Serbia and the other hub countries. Never Russia or Belarus. Current SOFTSWISS staff left out.

02

Russian level on every row

The level the person states on their profile, shown next to their name. When no level is stated, the row says so.

03

Skip who's already in Teamtailor

Anyone already in the ATS or already contacted gets flagged before a recruiter reads the pool.

04

A recruiter sends every message

Pools, profile links and a short why. No AI outreach, no AI interviews. Messages go out under a recruiter's name.

A standard role today
Teamtailor req → profile search by hand → guess the Russian level → check Teamtailor → message

Recruiter hours go into the search itself.

With the quick pool
Teamtailor link → ranked pool, Russian level on every row → already-in flagged → recruiter sends

Recruiter hours go into the people.

The quick pool, on your roles

Four things the quick lane does for SOFTSWISS.

Every number below is from a live pull on Oct 23, on real postings from your board. We show companies and titles here; names come back in the pull.

01

A ranked pool from any Teamtailor link

Every standard roleRun it this week

A recruiter pastes the posting. Claude reads the level, team and locations, applies the SOFTSWISS rules and comes back with a ranked pool. On four roles from today's board, the pools range from 257 Russian-listing support people in Tbilisi to 2,313 QA people in Poland.

How it runs
  1. Reads the Teamtailor posting: title, Junior/Middle/Senior, team, locations web_enrich_live
  2. Searches the hub countries with your rules: Russian on the profile, iGaming history ranked first person_search
  3. Ranks the top 25 with a one-line why each, then flags anyone already in Teamtailor before the recruiter looks

No calibration round, no rubric to set. A recruiter gets a shortlist in minutes and spends the time on the people.

Current SOFTSWISS staff left out. "List Russian" only counts people who put it on their profile, so the real pool is wider.
02

Russian level, read off the profile instead of guessed

From the July comments

Most people who list Russian also state a level, so the pool can show it. Of the 696 account managers in Poland and Serbia who list Russian, 294 say native or professional, 237 say limited or elementary, and 165 give no level. Your bar decides who goes first.

How it runs
  1. Finds everyone who lists Russian, in English or in Russian basic_profile.languages
  2. Puts the stated level on every row: native, full professional, professional working, limited, elementary
  3. Sorts by your bar (professional working and up goes first) and marks the rows with no level stated

Recruiters stop inferring Russian from a school or a past employer. Where the profile says it, the pool says it.

iGaming people first for Sportsbook and Game Aggregator roles

Sportsbook · Game Aggregator

A Junior Sport Risk Manager in Poznań, Tbilisi or Sofia should start from people who already set odds and watch bets. Of the 4,397 traders and risk people in Poland, Georgia and Bulgaria, 272 have iGaming history, at companies like Delasport, Coolbet, Evolution and Sofia Stars.

How it runs
  1. Searches the title family in the posting's cities and countries person_search
  2. Marks iGaming history: gambling-industry employers, or iGaming in their role descriptions experience.employment_details
  3. Ranks iGaming people first, then everyone else in the pool, each with the reason

The same rule works for account managers, setup and integration managers. The industry ramp-up is already done.

Former SOFTSWISS people, already living in your hubs

Only SOFTSWISS can run this one

In the July live demo, the first profile the search surfaced was a former SOFTSWISS employee the team scored 4 out of 5. The quick lane can look for them on purpose. 407 former SOFTSWISS people live in your hub countries today, 254 of them left in 2024 or later, and 177 list Russian.

How it runs
  1. Finds everyone with SOFTSWISS in their past and not in their present, in the hub countries person_search
  2. Matches what they do now to the open posting (an account manager req checks former account managers first)
  3. The recruiter checks the exit notes in Teamtailor or HR before anyone reaches out

They know the products, the teams and the way SOFTSWISS works. Culture fit and ramp-up are already known.

Straight answers

The questions that came up along the way.

Q1Does every recruiter need their own account?

It's up to you. Each recruiter can have their own login under one team account, all drawing on the same plan, or the team can share one key. Both work.

Q2How do people in Russia and Belarus stay out?

Neither country is ever searched; pools come only from the hub countries on the posting. When a profile hides its location, other signals (where someone studied or worked) can flag it, and those flags are marked lower confidence so the recruiter decides.

Q3Does it work with Teamtailor?

Teamtailor has a public API, so the "already in the ATS" check can read your candidates there. There's no official Teamtailor connector for Claude yet, so on day one the check can run on an export. We don't store your Teamtailor data.

Q4Does anything get sent to candidates automatically?

No. The quick pool gives a ranked list with profile links and a short why. Recruiters reach out themselves, under their own name.

Q5What about people with no public profile?

We index the public web, not only profile sites: GitHub, Google Scholar, company pages and news. Someone with no public footprint anywhere can't be found by any tool. That's mostly a question for the deep search; the standard roles are where public profiles are richest.

If it's useful

Worth 30 minutes before anything's final.

No dates on here. Your call.

The short version

The hardest roles get the deep search. Every other role gets a quick pool.

Same data, same Claude, one plan for the whole team.
